Connect Outlook with confidence
FollowUpEasy supports active Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 Exchange Online mailboxes. Sign in as the account that owns the mailbox. On-premises, inactive and guest-only mailboxes cannot connect.
For your administrator
Some organizations require approval before users can connect. Your administrator can review the app under your organization's existing consent and access policies.

Microsoft does not offer a draft-only delegated permission. FollowUpEasy requests mail read/write access so it can understand your mailbox and save drafts you approve. It does not request mail-send permission and does not call send or delete-email operations. Mail.ReadWrite is broad access.

Remove access
Disconnect in Account to delete FollowUpEasy's saved credentials and stop new readings and draft creation. Your saved work remains here. Billing is separate.
Microsoft's grant remains. For a personal account, review the apps with access in your Microsoft account. For a work or school account, use Microsoft's My Apps instructions, or ask your administrator to remove the grant.
